Byron Brown specializes in retail tenant representation, buyer representation, and development. Mr. Brown offers his clients a wealth of experience in both large and small markets throughout the Southeast. His transaction and client experience totaling more than $130,000,000 in value and 2,500,000 cumulative square feet include: Dollar Tree, La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, Hibbett Sporting Goods, Tractor Supply Company, Academy Sports, BB&T, Sunbelt Rentals, Yankee Candle Company, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, Lifeway Christian Stores, Ethan Allen, The Men’s Wearhouse, numerous Landlord entities as well as land and investment sale transactions.
Byron is a licensed broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. He has been practicing commercial real estate for more than fifteen years. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Wake Forest University’s Wayne Calloway School of Business. He is an Elder at Myers Park Presbyterian Church and chair of their finance committee, as well as an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Wake Forest’s Alumni Association, a Cotswold Elementary parent volunteer, and active coach for Charlotte youth sports.
